Private Seminar Facility Recommendations We recommend no more than 25 people for the seminar session, so that we can ensure adequate attention to each attendee. We also highly recommend holding the seminar off site so that the attendees are not distracted by office business. We suggest a u-shape seating arrangement with no more than two people per 6' table, or three people per 8' table. For twenty five people this requires a room no less than 45' in length and 26' in width. We can accomodate a schoolroom setup usually found in most training centers, but prefer the u-shape, as it gives the instructor better access to all of the attendees.
