Software - Litigation Risk Management & Settlement Valuation

There is a powerful program to help you in evaluating your case

Evaluating even simple trees can quickly become tedious. Decision Analysis by TreeAge (DATA™) is a highly acclaimed, easy to use application that will enable you to quickly and easily set up and evaluate the decision trees that you develop.

With it you can:
  • Quickly and intuitively build even complex trees
  • Input the probabilities and outcome values
  • Determine the expected value
  • Display probability distributions on the trial outcome
  • Develop charts that show the sensitivity of either the settlement value or a choice between two alternative strategies to any of the probabilities or outcomes in the tree
In short, this is a powerful, easy to use tool that will assist you in understanding and evaluating your case.

The demo software will allow you to build, modify, analyze, and print (but not save) trees of up to 25 nodes.
